- AI integration strategy for a content team
BACKGROUND
This project was an internal strategy document for a content team introducing AI tools into their production workflow. The goal was to define exactly where AI would be used, how it would be used, what guardrails applied, and who was accountable for what, rather than leaving those questions to individual judgment.
I built the strategy across six sections: a rationale grounded in specific use cases rather than general enthusiasm, a table of approved uses with minimum quality gates for each, a list of prohibited uses with the reasoning for each prohibition and how violations would be caught, quality standards that applied regardless of AI involvement, a clear accountability structure that named specific roles and responsibilities, and a quarterly review schedule acknowledging that AI capability was changing faster than most strategic documents account for.
The result was a strategy built on one central principle: AI assistance does not reduce the quality bar, it changes how the team reaches it, with the goal being better content faster rather than more content at the same quality.
BRAND STRATEGY
I help brands figure out their voice, their positioning, and how to communicate consistently in a way that actually resonates with the right people.
