BACKGROUND

This project was for a client in the B2B cloud infrastructure space. The goal was to score a 48-post archive against a consistent framework and produce a prioritized action plan that allocated effort to the posts with the highest expected return rather than spreading resource evenly across the archive.

I built a four-dimension scoring system covering keyword volume, current ranking position, strategic relevance, and content quality, then scored every post out of 12 and routed it into one of six action categories. The priority summary translated scores into a 12-week execution schedule with effort estimates, expected traffic outcomes, and the rationale for what was deferred.

The result was an optimization plan where the five delete actions were identified as the first task to complete, the highest-scoring eleven posts were queued for Q2, and everything else was sequenced by a defensible ROI logic rather than editorial instinct.
