BACKGROUND

This project was for a client in the B2B data intelligence space. The goal was to build a four-pillar content framework that covered the full range of audience needs across data leaders, analytics practitioners, business executives, and technical infrastructure teams without collapsing into generic category content.

I mapped each pillar to a specific audience, a specific pain point cluster, a set of recommended formats, and a primary funnel stage, then added an editorial angle for each one that defined what distinguished the brand's treatment of those topics from what already existed. The cross-pillar guidance was built into the framework from the start so that internal linking and content mix decisions reflected the natural audience journey rather than being added as an afterthought.

The result was a framework covering nine monthly pieces across four pillars, with explicit guidance on where and how the product should appear in each one, and a clear distinction between the pillars doing awareness and credibility work and those doing conversion work.
