BACKGROUND

This project was for clients in the retail and creative industries. The goal was to build genuine brand affinity by showing the human side of each business without overproducing it.

For the independent bookshop, I wrote a reel that drops the viewer into a Tuesday delivery situation mid-thought rather than introducing the brand, letting the wry, unhurried voice carry the whole piece. The result was a behind-the-scenes format that feels lived-in rather than performed.

For the ceramics studio, I wrote a spare, process-focused reel that trusted the craft to do the emotional work, leaning into texture and sound rather than narration or hype. The result was a piece that builds desire for the product by making the making of it feel tangible.
