BACKGROUND
This project was for clients in the HR consulting and food and beverage industries. The goal was to build credibility and drive inquiries through short, specific customer stories that let the result do the talking.
For the pay equity consultancy, I led with the number, explained the work in three lines, and included the "six months after" detail specifically because sustained impact is more credible than a one-time result. The result was a post tight enough to fit within the character limit while still landing as genuinely authoritative.
For the plant-based meal delivery brand, I wrote a customer story that earns believability through specificity rather than superlatives, with a final line that leans into the brand's self-aware, low-pressure tone. The result was a social proof post that works for skeptical or time-poor potential customers, not just the already-converted.
