BACKGROUND
This project was for clients in the financial services, retail, and lifestyle industries. The goal was to build credibility through real customer stories, each with a format suited to the brand.
For the financial services brand, I wrote a two-image carousel case study leading with the client's outcome and voice before introducing the brand's role. The result was a post that earns trust by centering the customer's transformation rather than the brand's cleverness.
For the lifestyle brand, I wrote an experiential customer story that treated the result as a feeling rather than a metric, with action shot and product flat-lay image direction. The result was a case study format adapted to fit a brand where the win is a lived experience, not a percentage.
