Cold outreach and lead nurture flows

- Cold outreach and lead nurture flows
BACKGROUND
This project was for a client in the B2B operations consultancy space, serving the logistics sector. The goal was to open conversations with cold prospects at mid-size logistics firms without relying on pressure tactics or a generic pitch.
I wrote a five-email cold outreach sequence that leads with a specific operational pattern the target audience would recognize before offering anything, because a prospect who sees their situation named accurately is far more likely to read on than one who gets a capabilities overview. Each subsequent email builds on the last: moving from the hook to the pain point to social proof to objection handling to a graceful exit that leaves the door open. The result was a sequence designed to feel like a relevant professional conversation rather than a sales cadence, which is the only register that works with operations leaders who receive a lot of outreach.
BRAND STRATEGY
I help brands figure out their voice, their positioning, and how to communicate consistently in a way that actually resonates with the right people.
