This project was for clients in the food and beverage and financial services industries. The goal was to drive page engagement while gathering real audience intel.

For the food and beverage brand, I wrote a community poll framed as a genuine invitation for subscribers to influence the winter box lineup. The result was a post that positioned the poll as a real brand decision the community was shaping, not just a engagement tactic.

For the financial services brand, I wrote a poll that opened with honest acknowledgment of the audience's pain point rather than a cheerful call to action. The result was a post that matched the audience's actual emotional relationship with money admin while still gathering useful content intel.
