BACKGROUND

This project was for clients in the HR and finance industries, both writing under their personal LinkedIn profiles. The goal was to recognize people publicly in a way that felt specific and genuine rather than performative.

For the Head of People, I wrote a post that grounds the recognition in the actual difficulty of the work before naming individuals, because appreciation that acknowledges what something cost lands differently from appreciation that just says great job. The result was a team shoutout that reads as genuinely earned and reinforces the writer's credibility as a thoughtful people leader.

For the fractional CFO, I wrote a post that balances what made the founder good to work with alongside what the CFO contributed, because that balance is what makes a client appreciation post read as authentic rather than self-promotional. The result was a piece of social proof that attracts similar clients by showing what a good working relationship actually looks like from both sides.
