- Personal brand framework for strategist and speaker
BACKGROUND
This project was for a client in the organizational psychology and future-of-work space. The goal was to build a content framework that would move a practitioner with a consulting practice toward genuine category authority, not a larger following.
I built the framework around a four-stage authority model, from awareness through credibility, differentiation, and recognition, with each of the four content pillars mapped to the stages it primarily serves. The framework was deliberately designed for a practitioner with a primary consulting practice rather than a full-time content creator, keeping the total monthly commitment to eight to ten pieces and weighting quality and compounding over volume and cadence.
The result was a pillar structure, channel strategy, and set of content rules that give the client a clear and defensible basis for every content decision, including what not to publish and why.
BRAND STRATEGY
I help brands figure out their voice, their positioning, and how to communicate consistently in a way that actually resonates with the right people.
