BACKGROUND

This project was for a digital health SaaS company. The goal was to build credibility with a serious professional audience by publishing an honest, lightly edited replay rather than a produced explainer.

I wrote the full video metadata, thumbnail brief, and a post-production outline that preserves the honest moments from the live session while editing for time rather than content. The framing across the description and chapter markers was written to signal transparency to an NHS and clinical operations audience that is accustomed to being sold at rather than spoken to directly. The result was a replay format that earns trust precisely because it doesn't try too hard to look polished.
