- Onboarding flow – Objections and FAQs
BACKGROUND
This project was for a client in the bookkeeping and financial coaching space, serving freelancers. The goal was to address the real hesitations that stop freelancers from getting financial support, most of which have more to do with shame and avoidance than price or features.
I wrote an objections email that names the emotional barriers directly rather than just answering the practical questions, because the practical questions are often a proxy for something the reader hasn't quite articulated yet. Each objection was written to validate the feeling before reframing it, keeping the tone warm enough that the reader doesn't feel called out. The result was an email designed to convert the hesitant middle of the audience, the people who already know they need help but haven't quite given themselves permission to ask for it.
BRAND STRATEGY
I help brands figure out their voice, their positioning, and how to communicate consistently in a way that actually resonates with the right people.
