BACKGROUND

This project was for a client in the brand strategy and design space. The goal was to communicate a broad service offering without making it feel like a capabilities list, and to give prospective clients a clear sense of what it's actually like to work with the studio.

I wrote a services overview email that leads with the outcome the client is trying to reach rather than the services themselves, organizing the offering around problems it solves rather than categories it fits into. The result was an email that makes a design studio feel like a strategic partner rather than a vendor, which is the distinction that actually moves prospects toward a conversation.
