This project was for a client in the wellness and slow-living space. The goal was to make a strong first impression with new subscribers while delivering something immediately valuable so they'd actually look forward to the next email.

I wrote a welcome email that leads with a quick, actionable win rather than a brand introduction, because earning the reader's attention on email one is more important than telling them who you are. The tone was written to feel like a letter from someone who genuinely lives this way rather than a brand onboarding sequence. The result was a welcome email designed to reduce early unsubscribes by giving new subscribers a reason to stay before they've decided whether they want to.
